VISION: 50 women are raising $1.5 million to ensure every Sunshine Coast resident is nurtured and supported.
Goal: To create 35 safe, secure, and affordable housing units (the top four floors of the new 6-storey building) for single women, and women with children, who have experienced, or are vulnerable to experiencing violence. By providing a stable and nurturing environment, these housing units not only reduce stress, but also empower women to reestablish their lives and take control of their futures.
Our Involvement: Rachel Manley and Becky Black are part of the 50 women on the coast who are working together to meet the goal.
